Every day we are exposing our body to toxins from a different kind like for example from the food that we are consuming, from the water, the meat and the heavy metal exposure.
Our skin is naturally functioning to get rid of the toxins from our body. However, sometimes we need help in order to get rid of the toxins because there is a heavy accumulation at a cellular level.
There are a lot of therapies for detoxification that can vary from some diet regimes up to foot soaks.
That is why I decided to share one Detox Foot Soak that is really helpful for tired feet and it is also drawing out the toxins through the skin.
For preparing this foot soak for a detoxification you will need one tub for soaking food and other ingredients like Epsom salt and Dead sea salt, clay, bentonite, apple cider vinegar and if you like some essential oils

Necessary things for the detox foot soak:
- 2 gallons of warm water
- 1 cup Epsom salt
- 1 cup Dead Sea salt
- ½ cup bentonite clay
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- Essential oils
I prefer to use peppermint or lavender essential oil; however, you can choose your favorite one.
-First, you need to include warm water in a basin large enough for your feet. It is not recommended to use metal bowls.
-Then, include inside the rest of the ingredients.
-Soak your feet inside for a period of half an hour.
If you have time, it is suggested after the soaking to scrub your feet by using a stone or a food scrub in order to remove the buildup of dry skin. At the end, apply moisturizer.
This detox foot soak is completely safe and you may have a good effect on your overall health due to reducing the toxins level from your body.
