  • 1 cup milk (or half)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water, until smooth

Method of preparation:

First, you need to coat the chicken together with the garlic powder and onion and then season it by using salt and pepper.

Then take one pan or skillet and put 1 tablespoon of oil in order to cook the chicken breast however on medium heat. You should cook them around 5 minutes on each side until the meat becomes pink on the inside. Then put it away from the heat.

You can use the same pan and add again 2 tablespoons of olive oil inside and include as well the sauté garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley and cook them just a little for around one minute only.

After that include the cream (or milk) inside the pan as well and add salt and pepper for taste. You need to cook it until it starts to boil. After this, you should include the cornstarch mix in the center of the pan while making quick movements in order to stir it.

Wait until the sauce gets thicker and then you can lower the heat and leave it just a little bit in order to get ticker a little more.
