Necessary things:

  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo baking crumbs (or 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed)
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 900 grams plain cream cheese (4 cups or about 32 ounces)
  • 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 24-28 coarsely crushed Oreo cookies
  • whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and Oreo cookies for garnish

Preparation:

First, you need to mix the Oreo baking crumbs ant the butter that you melted and then press this mix at the bottom of a pan in the form of a spring. After this, you should whip the cream cheese until you get a smooth texture. Continue to whip on high speed and include the powdered sugar as well until they are mixed well.

Then you should fold the crushed Oreo cookies and whipped cream in the cream cheese mixture by using a rubber spatula. They should be mixed well. After this, you need to put the mix in the pan you previously prepared and make the top smooth.

You need to put the cheesecake in your fridge and let it stay there for a minimum of 2 hours, however, 4 hours is recommended. Then take it off the fridge and leave it on room temperature for around half an hour and then you can garnish it by using chocolate sauce, crushed Oreo or more whipped cream.
