The process of hair loss is very normal and especially women find their hair in the shower and carpets. It is normal to lose around 80 strands per day, so if you notice that you are losing significantly more or that a new hair is not growing back, then maybe you have to start worrying about this problem.
The difficult part is finding the right treatment for that because you will need the right reason for losing hair, which is really tricky to discover at first.
Maintain a clean scalp
It is important to wash your hair on a regular basis with paraben-free shampoo and conditioner. Furthermore, wash with warm or cold water, do not use too cold or too warm because it may affect badly on the hair follicles.
In this way your scalp will be always clean.
Use an anti-hair fall oil to massage your scalp
You can prepare the oil with the following ingredients:
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 1 tsp of dry amla and
- 1/3 cup of almond oil
-Add the coconut oil in a clean saucepan and heat it at low heat.
-Then include the olive oil and mix it well with a spoon.
-Chop the onion on small pieces and include it in the mix together with the dry amla.
-Then leave the mix to boil for 5 minutes on low heat.
-Then put it away from the heat and strain the oil in a separate bowl and the onions in another one, you won’t need them.
-Leave it like that until the oil has a warm temperature and then include the almond oil and mix well.
-The mix in now ready. Apply several drops of this mix on your scalp and all over the hair.
-Then massage your scalp with your fingers for around 5 minutes and keep the oil on your hair for 10 minutes more after that.
-You can do this treatment up to 2 times a week. It will make your hair stronger and it will prevent from getting dried and damaged.
Use Anti-Hair Fall Mask Once A Week
Prepare it yourself with the following things:
- A fresh piece of ginger
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 tsp of green tea or onion juice and
- 1 shower cap
-Peel the ginger and extract its juice separately in a bowl. Then add one part of the ginger extract in other bowl and include 3 parts of coconut oil. Use a spoon to mix this well.
– Then include the onion juice or green tea in this and mix it again.
– Apply several drops of this mix on your scalp and all over your hair.
-Then by using your fingers massage your scalp gently for 5 minutes.
-Use a shower cap to cover your hair and keep the mask for around half an hour.
-Then wash your hair with lukewarm water until the mask gets removed and then rinse with cold water and pat dry it.
-You can use this mix once per week in order to nourish your scalp and boost the hair growth.
